I love You, Lord. For Your mercy never fails me. All my days, I've been held in Your hands.
My days have become many years. The winter of life. Troubles and trials, mountains and valleys, yet never alone.

I remember the struggle to breathe. Each breath was an effort. Breathing is so automatic until it is not. It was a dark time filled with challenges from a body that almost totally shut down.
I love Your voice
You have led me through the fire

You are close like no other

I've known You as a Friend.
You were with me in the deep dark tunnel helping me see I could climb out of it. One effort at a time.

When I found I was able to physically and spiritually sing again my inner spirit soared. I was lifted up by my worship and praise for the presence of God that never left me.
